Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

A concept aimed at increasing efficiency of machines and equipment by delegating daily basic maintenance tasks (check of plugs, lubricants, cleaning, completeness , damages) to the operators. Issues can thereby be detected early and solved before serious failures occur.
